Self-care is NOT selfish it is critical to well-being. Join us for our next series of WeCOPE (Connecting with our Positive Emotions). This interactive program helps adults cope with stress and difficult times. This research and evidence-informed program has been shown to reduce stress and symptoms of depression, increase positive affect, and improve healthy behaviors.
WeCOPE is a FREE program that meets via Zoom once a week for 1 hour. Participants gain the most from the program when they are able to practice skills between sessions using the workbook and journal that are provided with registration.
