Strong People StrongBodies

Join us for strength training classes in person at the Shell Lake Public Library. These classes are designed for mid-life and older adults and include progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises. Classes are twice weekly for 8 weeks, led by Washburn County Extension Educators. The classes will be held Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 a.m. until 10:15 a.m. First class is July 13th.
