TAI CHI Classes being offered

tai chi is an evidence-based, low-impact, slow-motion exercise that originated in China as a martial art.  It involves a series of gentle movements, physical postures, controlled breathing, and a meditative state of mind. Classes will be held two times a week for 8 weeks on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at the Spooner Agriculture Research Station in Spooner. Walk with FoodWIse

Walk with FoodWIse will be starting Jun 10th – July 17th on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 a.m. – 10:15 a.m.  It will be held at the Shell Lake High School Track.  It will include lessons on how to eat well, prepare delicious foods, and be active on a budget.  Please register with the QR code on the flyer below.
